As a Front Desk Security Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will welcome visitors, manage access credentials, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service. Using computer or tablet systems, you will support security-related operations, communicate professionally with employees and guests, and help maintain an inviting environment. • →Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications office location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• →Manage front desk access by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• →Monitor lobby activity, access control systems, and security-related communications; report unusual activity and escalate concerns according to site procedures.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• →Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general site information, and support a professional, welcoming reception environment.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
