Trailer Yards Accountability Specialist

• →Document reefer trailer information, to include starting unit and documenting all required information
• →Work with internal departments, drivers, and outside carriers
• →Communicate regularly with plant departments and department manager
• →Complete required reports in an accurate, timely manner
• →Check all load related information to ensure that it is complete and accurate
• →Contribute to a team effort
• →Record observations, occurrences, and unusual activities
• →Document incidents of irregularity
• →Operation of a motor vehicle
• →Other duties as assigned

This is a safety sensitive position.  This is not a remote position.

Work is performed in an external environment with exposure to inclement/extreme weather and varying temperatures (wind, rain, ice, and snow). May walk up to 12 miles a day.

• Good time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able and willing to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Able and willing to work outside in ALL weather conditions
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Exemplary performance and attendance record at previous employment
• Must be available to work any shift including weekends and holidays
• Previous trailer accountability specialist experience preferred but not required
• 2 years stable work history
• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
