The Affiliate Marketing Intern will assist Stifel’s Affiliate Marketing team with all projects related to Stifel's affiliates. As an Affiliate Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Marketing Strategists and Designers, shadowing team members as you gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of affiliate marketing.

• Support our Venture, Fund, Treasury and Investment Banking groups with graphics.
• Assist with the implementation of annual marketing plans and programs.
• Monitor the marketing industry for emerging trends and opportunities to optimize our Advertising & Graphics department.
• Answer and monitor the marketing hotline, responding to or escalating requests as needed.
• Gather, document, and track all marketing requests from various stakeholders.
• Ensure that marketing requests align with larger marketing and messaging goals.
• Maintain databases, analytics, and other information to support affiliate marketing goals.
• Support digital initiatives including project tracking, analytics, and site audits.
• Help maintain consistent marketing content and style through writing, proofreading and reviewing content.
• Assist with building and reviewing presentation deck content.
• Attend meetings to discuss designer capabilities, assignments, and project status.
• Coordinate and track requests for printed marketing materials.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal interactions.
• Knowledge of project management, media production, communication, and dissemination techniques.
• Basic understanding of marketing services offered.
• Adaptable, highly organized individual with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects of varying importance with varying deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others; strong team player as well as ability to work independently.

• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related with at least 1 year of college completed.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
