$5,000 Sign-On Bonus Available
Up to $5,000, paid in installments at hire, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. Journeyman electricians with 5+ years of experience qualify for the full bonus. A reduced bonus may apply for less experience.

Appearance Standard
Because this is a customer-facing role, Air Control Home Services maintains appearance standards that prohibit visible tattoos on the face, neck, and hands, subject to applicable law and reasonable accommodations.

What You'll Actually Do

Solve real problems. Troubleshoot, repair, and install residential electrical systems, from panels and circuits to lighting, outlets, surge protection, and EV chargers. Find the root cause, not just the symptom.

Take care of the customer. Walk homeowners through their options so they can make confident decisions about their home's safety. No pressure, just honest recommendations.

Do it right the first time. Code-compliant work, clean jobs, accurate paperwork, and a truck that's stocked and organized so you're not chasing parts.

Help build the electrical team. A growing department needs electricians who set the standard. Your work and your reputation will help make us the name homeowners trust.

Be part of the team. Work closely with dispatch, management, and our HVAC and plumbing crews. Take your turn in the on-call rotation like everyone else.

Keep getting better. We run our own in-house training academy, and our apprenticeship program has been recognized by the State of Arizona. If you want to grow, we'll invest in you.
