As Greenberry expands its support of nuclear energy, Department of Energy (DOE), defense, advanced reactor, and NQA-1 fabrication programs, we are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager - Nuclear to lead and continuously improve our Nuclear Quality Assurance Program.

This position serves as the organization's primary leader for NQA-1 quality program implementation, supplier quality oversight, customer audits, regulatory compliance, fabrication quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring Greenberry's nuclear procurement and fabrication programs meet the highest standards of quality, traceability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The Quality Assurance Manager - Nuclear is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving Greenberry's Nuclear Quality Assurance Program in accordance with ASME NQA-1 requirements and customer-specific quality standards.

This role provides leadership and oversight for all nuclear quality activities associated with procurement, supplier qualification, source surveillance, fabrication, inspection, testing, documentation, audits, corrective actions, and final product acceptance.

The Quality Assurance Manager serves as the primary interface with customers, auditors, suppliers, project teams, and regulatory stakeholders regarding quality-related matters and is responsible for ensuring all nuclear materials, components, fabricated assemblies, and project records meet contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements prior to release.

This position requires a hands-on leader with a strong technical background in heavy industrial fabrication, nuclear quality assurance, supplier quality, and regulatory compliance.
