We are looking for a Business Analytics Manager to transform complex business data into actionable insights that drive commercial performance, growth, and profitability. In this role, you will lead a small team of Analysts and partner closely with General Managers and senior commercial stakeholders to understand business results and identify opportunities for improvement. You will combine hands-on analytical expertise with team leadership, helping the organization move beyond descriptive reporting toward deeper insights, forecasting, and strategic recommendations. Working across Finance, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Data Science, you will help strengthen data accuracy, improve reporting capabilities, and support better-informed decisions. You will also shape the development of scalable analytics products and self-service reporting solutions that make trusted information more accessible. This remote opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded analytics leader who enjoys developing people, solving complex business challenges, and influencing decisions in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

  • Commercial Performance and Business Partnership: Act as a trusted analytics partner to General Managers and senior commercial stakeholders, analyzing revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, conversion performance, and other key business drivers to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Financial Accuracy and Data Confidence: Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Data Engineering teams to validate commercial reporting, investigate discrepancies, reconcile financial and operational information, and maintain confidence in the accuracy and consistency of business data.

  • Business Insights and Storytelling: Guide Analysts in translating complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations, explaining the underlying causes of performance changes, challenging assumptions, and communicating findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Analytics Products and Business Requirements: Translate commercial questions into well-defined analytical requirements and collaborate with Analytics, Business Intelligence, Engineering, and Data Science teams to develop scalable reporting solutions, reusable datasets, and self-service analytics capabilities.

  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and coach a small team of Analysts aligned with different business areas, strengthening their technical expertise, commercial understanding, analytical judgment, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Workload Management and Prioritization: Prioritize analytical initiatives across multiple business areas, balancing immediate commercial needs with longer-term improvements while ensuring the team's efforts deliver measurable business value.

  • Advanced Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for deeper analysis, forecasting, experimentation, and improved analytical methods to help the organization anticipate trends and make better decisions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships across commercial, financial, and technical teams to improve analytical processes, establish consistent standards, and ensure insights are relevant, reliable, and actionable.
