As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and deliver scalable, high-performance software solutions that power a comprehensive IT operations platform. • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 10 years of Java software development experience, particularly building product-oriented applications.

• At least 5 years of experience designing, developing, or maintaining highly scalable systems.

• Proven experience scaling software platforms and resolving complex system design and performance challenges.

• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.

• Expertise in API design and RESTful services, with experience using frameworks such as Jersey or Spring.

• Proficiency in relational database design, development, and optimization.

• In-depth knowledge of software testing and quality assurance practices, with a track record of delivering robust applications.

• Experience with caching technologies, particularly Redis, is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed architectural decisions.
