• Ensures compliance with healthcare, federal, state, and local safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
• Inspects and repairs various systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components.
• Responds promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborates with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure seamless operations.
• Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inspection reports.
• Manages inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for necessary repairs.
• Provides training and guidance to maintenance staff to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Monitors and evaluates the performance of maintenance staff, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Develops and implements maintenance schedules and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Conducts scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
• Oversees, coordinates, and performs all maintenance and repairs in the assigned area of responsibility.
