El Coordinador de Servicio al Cliente estará ubicado en Guadalajara SUR.

 Aquí hay algunos ejemplos de las actividades que estarás realizando:

• Seguimiento a embarques, ventas y entregas.
• Seguimiento a órdenes de compra y demandas de cliente,
• Realización de importaciones e importaciones básicas.
• Resolución de problemas de manera oportuna.
• Seguimiento a cuentas por cobrar.

·       Bachillerato técnico o Licenciatura en Comercio o afín.  

·       Conocimiento de procesos de RMA, CMA, AR, OTD, exportaciones e Incoterms.

·       Comunicación oral y escrita efectiva en inglés y español.

·       Experiencia en atención al cliente.

·       Seguimiento de órdenes de compra, demanda del cliente, embarques, ventas y entregas.

·       Conocimientos en sistemas ERP.

·       Manejo básico de Excel.
