We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events & Marketing Coordinator to strengthen brand visibility and support business growth within the industrial technology sector. In this role, you will oversee industry trade shows and virtual events from initial planning through execution, ensuring every detail is managed efficiently. You will also develop and maintain social media calendars, create engaging multimedia content, and help deliver promotional campaigns across digital channels. Working closely with Marketing and Sales, you will contribute to brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation initiatives. You will leverage modern content creation platforms and AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and produce compelling marketing assets. Event Planning and Coordination: Manage the annual trade show and event calendar, evaluate new event requests, secure bookings, and coordinate participation in industry events from planning through execution.

Trade Show Logistics: Oversee booth reservations, event materials, printing, logistics, digital promotions, and administrative arrangements to ensure successful event delivery.

Internal and External Coordination: Communicate with internal stakeholders, event organizers, vendors, and external partners to share information, confirm arrangements, and resolve logistical issues.

Event Reporting and Updates: Provide regular updates to leadership on upcoming events, booking progress, deadlines, and outstanding requirements.

Marketing Request Management: Coordinate incoming marketing requests, prioritize initiatives according to business needs, and focus on activities that support lead generation and sales objectives.

Social Media Management: Develop, maintain, and execute quarterly and weekly social media calendars, primarily for LinkedIn and Instagram, ensuring consistent and engaging brand communication.

Video Production: Collaborate with videographers and internal stakeholders to develop short-form and long-form videos for trade shows, websites, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.

AI-Driven Content Development: Incorporate AI-powered tools into everyday content workflows to generate ideas, create video assets, improve productivity, and support the development of engaging marketing materials.

Graphic Design and Marketing Materials: Design digital graphics, social media posts, invitations, flyers, brochures, and other promotional assets using Canva and AI-assisted design tools.

Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate print advertising, direct mail, digital campaigns, and other promotional initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.

Continuous Improvement: Explore new content creation tools, support customer surveys and interviews, and identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, brand engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

Professional Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in event coordination and social media management, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.

Event Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate events, manage multiple logistical requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and deliver activities on schedule.

Social Media Proficiency: Experience managing social media accounts and editorial calendars, particularly on LinkedIn and Instagram, with an understanding of brand consistency and audience engagement.

Content Creation Skills: Ability to develop engaging promotional content and produce marketing assets, including videos, graphics, brochures, flyers, and digital invitations.

Marketing Technology: Familiarity with HubSpot or other customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, Canva, CapCut, Descript, and comparable video editing or content production tools.

AI Tool Proficiency: Experience using AI-powered tools such as Claude or Microsoft Copilot in daily workflows, including content generation, reporting, research, and creative production.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and event organizers.

Organization and Time Management: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain calendars, coordinate deadlines, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
