Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows across business processes
- →Integrate tools such as CRM systems, APIs, and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, etc.)
- →Identify repetitive tasks and recommend automation solutions
- →Build and optimize chatbots, AI assistants, and prompt systems
- →Collaborate with marketing, operations, and tech teams to streamline workflows
- →Monitor performance of automations and continuously improve them
- →Troubleshoot and fix automation errors or inefficiencies
- →Stay updated with the latest AI tools and trends
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven experience in automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
- Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Experience with APIs and integrations
- Basic understanding of workflows, logic, and data structures
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience in marketing automation or operations is a plus
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Basic coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript)
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI optimization
- Experience working remotely or with global teams
