In this role, you will help ensure complex government programs remain on track by monitoring milestones, managing risks, and maintaining accurate project documentation. You will work closely with project managers, cybersecurity specialists, technical teams, and government stakeholders to improve visibility and support informed decision-making. Your contributions will help strengthen project governance, streamline reporting, and ensure contractual deliverables meet established requirements. Prepare recurring status reports, dashboards, performance metrics, management presentations, and briefings that communicate accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, issues, and areas requiring leadership attention.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Identify overdue or recurring actions, coordinate resolution efforts, document corrective measures, and escalate significant concerns to project leadership.
  • Meeting and Stakeholder Coordination: Organize and support project meetings, working groups, technical discussions, and status reviews. Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, decision records, and action summaries, ensuring clear communication and consistent follow-up across government and contractor stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Deliverable Management: Develop, review, edit, and maintain project plans, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, procedures, and other program documentation. Coordinate deliverable reviews and approvals, maintain version control, and ensure records are accurate, complete, and aligned with contractual and quality requirements.
