• →2-4+ years of experience in Marketplace Operations, Commercial Analytics, Marketing Operations, or a related hybrid role 
• →Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work with complex datasets
• →Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets → you’re someone who truly loves spreadsheets and uses them effectively
• →Solid understanding of business analytics principles and KPIs
• →Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to optimize workflows, content creation, and analysis 
• →Excellent communication skills – able to present findings in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences
• →Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• →Experience or familiarity with project management, including handling timelines, milestones, and stakeholder coordination
• →Fluent in written and spoken German and English (essential for translations and local market execution). French is a strong plus. 
• →Strong local understanding of the DACH landscape (at least in one of the countries for Germany and Austria, we can help you with the rest)
  
  

• Experience with tools like Salesforce / Snowflake / Tableau / Notion / Looker Studio

• Familiarity with SQL or other query languages

• Exposure to financial modeling or forecasting

• Previous experience working in the restaurant industry

• Knowledge of data warehousing or database structures
