ESL Teacher – Beijing

1. →We are looking for fluent English teachers to deliver online small-group English classes for students aged 6–12. Each class has 8–10 students.
2. →You will prepare lessons and deliver classes following the curriculum syllabus, and engage students actively during lessons.
3. →You will teach English reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar, listening and speaking skills. Help students build critical thinking, reading comprehension and written expression in English.
4. →Design fun classroom activities to boost student engagement. Manage the online classroom, record student performance and provide regular learning feedback.
5. →Take part in curriculum research, lesson planning meetings and course refinement.
6. →Support demo lessons, open classes, student assessments and other related teaching tasks.
7. →Working Hours：40 working hours per week, with 2 rest days every week.
