Site Service Engineer

Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).
How you will make an impact

1.You will complete on-site installation/commissioning of GIS products and on-site training for customers independently, implement safety rules, safety practices, and environmental responsibilities and report unsafe practices and behavior.

2.You will compile the project implementation plan and organize the site work according to the plan content, provide a project site plan and reach agreement with customers.

3.You will share product knowledge and experience with colleagues actively, honestly, seriously, and responsibly and team up together to improve the project's one-time pass rate.

4.You will complete the development and implementation of equipment maintenance plan according to customer needs.

5.You will provide suggestions for product and quality improvement proactively, understand the project technical contract service contents and identify service risks and opportunities.

6.You will abide by the company's rules and regulations strictly and fully implement the work arranged by the company.

7.You will have a good practical ability and a careful attitude to work, be willing to study technology, with good teamwork and communication skills.

8.You will apply digital tools and data practically to support customer interactions, service execution, and issue resolution.

9.You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

1.You hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

2.You have hands-on experience with Office software including Excel and Word.

3.Proficiency in both spoken and written English language is required.
