Four Seasons is powered by our people. We are a collective of individuals who crave to become better, to push ourselves to new heights and to treat each other as we wish to be treated in return. Our team members around the world create amazing experiences for our guests, residents, and partners through a commitment to luxury with genuine heart. We know that the best way to enable our people to deliver these exceptional guest experiences is through a world-class employee experience and company culture.

At Four Seasons, we believe in recognizing a familiar face, welcoming a new one and treating everyone we meet the way we would want to be treated ourselves. Whether you work with us, stay with us, live with us or discover with us, we believe our purpose is to create impressions that will stay with you for a lifetime. It comes from our belief that life is richer when we truly connect to the people and the world around us.

A romantic hideaway set in a tropical paradise. A gentle ocean breeze floats up the granite hillside and into your tree-house villa, reminding you to take it slow. Whether it’s just the two of you, or the extended family, spend days lounging by your private pool and playing in the turquoise waters of Petite Anse bay, or find bliss at our hilltop Spa, before a sunset meal on a deserted beach. However paradise might look for you, we guarantee you’ll find it here.

Responsibilities

01 PAID MEDIA AND ONLINE OPTIMISATION

• Manages the resorts’ paid media activity day to day, working with our appointed agency partners to plan, launch and optimise campaigns.

• Works with the agency on search engine marketing, including keyword strategy, bidding, ad copy and landing page performance, and holds them to agreed delivery.

• Supports the annual Paid Media Playbook alongside the regional Integrated Media team.

• Manages campaign budgets and in-system budget maintenance, and flags variances in good time.

• Reports monthly on paid performance, showing spend, delivery and outcome rather than activity alone, by property.

• Monitors channel attribution and raises discrepancies promptly so source of business is recorded correctly.

• Works with Revenue and Reservations so digital activity is read against pace and production rather than in isolation.

02 SOCIAL MEDIA AND ORGANIC PERFORMANCE

• Owns the content calendar across both properties, scheduling and planning outbound content seasonally and monthly in conjunction with resort campaigns and the commercial calendar.

• Develops and executes social media content and engagement strategy supporting marketing campaigns, and manages the social media properties on a daily basis.

• Creates engaging strategies to grow fans and followers that also support the PR and marketing goals, recognising the two properties have different audiences and should not be run as one feed.

• Tracks and reports organic performance monthly, split by property, and adjusts the calendar based on what is actually working.

• Remains up-to-date on new social media platform launches, new features of current platforms, industry trends, and best practices.

• Supports conservation and sustainability storytelling, working with the resident marine team and our conservation partners.

03 INFLUENCER HOSTING

• Manages influencer and content creator hostings end to end.

• Assesses inbound approaches and outbound targets on audience quality, engagement, market fit and commercial value, and recommends who we host and who we decline. The objective is the right partners, not the most partners.

• Negotiates deliverables, usage rights, duration and any fee, and ensures a signed agreement is in place before arrival.

• Briefs the operation ahead of every stay so the team knows who is arriving and what has been agreed.

• Hosts creators on property, accompanies shoots where appropriate, and makes sure the content captured is what was agreed.

• Tracks delivery afterwards, chases anything outstanding, and keeps a view of output and value against the cost of hosting.

• Maintains a hosting calendar visible to Sales, Reservations and the operation.

• Manages relationships with influencers and tastemakers.

04 CONTENT PRODUCTION

• Captures content directly, shooting and editing stills and short-form video between commissioned shoots.

• Scopes and manages commissioned photography and video: briefing and booking photographers and videographers, agreeing the shot list and scope of work, arranging permits and access, building call sheets, and scheduling around occupancy, weather and season.

• Provides direction on the day and ensures what is delivered matches what Sales, PR, web and campaigns actually need.

• Reviews, selects, captions and catalogues the final set so assets are usable and findable across teams.

• Maintains the Image Library and ensures that all online photo and video content, written content, promotions, advertising and other resort materials are in keeping with Four Seasons image and marketing strategy, and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation.

• Manages online platform to secure rights for relevant user-generated content.

05 WEBSITE, CHANNELS AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

• Maintains the resorts’ websites, participating in their evolution and updates across desktop and mobile platforms to increase engagement, optimisation and eventual conversion rates for the business.

• Manages and updates content on OTA channels and retail partners, checking that descriptions, imagery and inclusions are accurate and consistent across every channel.

• Supports search visibility, including how we appear in AI and answer-based search results, and flags inaccurate third-party content for correction.

• Handles community management across all channels, monitoring and responding to engagement within one business day.

• Primary monitoring for online reputation management reviews.

• Responds personally to all positive reviews on behalf of the respective General Manager or Resort Manager.
