Manager - Analytics

  Partner with senior stakeholders to drive data-informed decision making and translate business problems into analytical solutions

  Lead and mentor a team of junior data analysts to deliver high-quality client data insights

  Own and standardize end-to-end reporting frameworks and business-critical Power BI dashboards

• →

  Design and manage scalable data models across multiple data sources in Snowflake ecosystem

• →

  Ensure data quality, governance, and performance optimization across reporting pipelines

• →

  Establish best practices for data governance, documentation, and quality

• →

  Drive automation through robust ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data stack tools

• →

  Develop and deploy machine learning models to improve forecasting and client analytics

• →

  Enable self-service analytics and improve data accessibility for business users

• →

  Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams

• 9–13 years of experience in Analytics / BI / Data roles

• Expert SQL skills (complex querying, optimization, data modeling)

• 5+ years of experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred; strong DAX and modeling)

• 5+ years of experience in ETL/ELT and data engineering

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning (model development, validation, deployment).

• 5+ years of experience with Python for analytics and automation

• Proven experience managing teams and mentoring analysts

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Prior experience managing or mentoring a team.

• Experience in B2B analytics environments.

• Experience in AI-driven solutions and AI data agents development.

• Exposure to shipping/logistics analytics is a plus.

• Scalable, well-governed data models and reporting frameworks

• Significant reduction in manual reporting through automation

• High-impact insights that influence strategic decisions

• Improved data reliability and stakeholder trust
