We are seeking an experienced, data-driven analyst to transform complex pharmacy benefits management (PBM) data into actionable insights that demonstrate client value and improve healthcare outcomes. In this role, you will lead sophisticated analytics, evaluate clinical program effectiveness, and deliver strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with customer success, clinical, operations, and data teams to develop scalable analytical solutions and improve reporting processes. Using advanced SQL, statistical modeling, and claims analysis, you will help identify trends, investigate data discrepancies, and measure the impact of pharmacy benefit programs. You will also contribute to analytics infrastructure improvements, mentor junior analysts, and help shape new data-driven products and capabilities. This remote opportunity is ideal for an analytical problem-solver who combines technical expertise with strong client communication and a passion for improving healthcare value.

  • Develop comprehensive analytics to measure engagement with digital healthcare applications and demonstrate the value delivered to clients and strategic partners.

  • Design, execute, and refine analytical approaches that support pharmacy benefits management programs, clinical delivery, business operations, and strategic decision-making.

  • Apply advanced statistical analysis and modeling techniques to evaluate clinical management program effectiveness and establish repeatable measures of performance and efficacy.

  • Conduct detailed pharmacy claims analyses to identify trends, investigate discrepancies, and resolve reporting variances between internal systems and third-party data providers.

  • Prepare and present quarterly performance reviews, customized client reports, and ad hoc analyses that address strategic business questions and client needs.

  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear insights, practical recommendations, and compelling presentations for client discussions, business reviews, and internal decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve analytical processes, strengthen data quality, and develop scalable reporting and data management solutions.

  • Enhance analytical infrastructure by implementing data preparation tools, automated reporting solutions, and more efficient analytical workflows.

  • Lead the development of analytical frameworks, methodologies, and measurement approaches that support business priorities and strategic initiatives.

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and evaluate opportunities for new analytical products, assess technical challenges, and recommend approaches for operationalizing solutions.

  • Gather, clarify, and document business and client requirements to ensure analytical deliverables address relevant needs and objectives.

  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback into reports, dashboards, and analytical products to improve accuracy, usability, and business relevance.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, promoting analytical rigor, consistent standards, and best practices across the team.
