We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Junior Data Entry Specialist to join our client's team. The client specializes in contesting unfair property assessments to reduce property tax installments for their clients. This role involves entering application information into a specialized system using the provided documents. Responsibilities: Accurately enter application information into the client's web-based system. Ensure all data entered is complete and accurate, based on provided documents. Maintain confidentiality and security of client information. Communicate effectively with the team to resolve any data discrepancies. Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with data entry software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Qualifications: Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Previous data entry experience is a plus, but not required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to adhere to deadlines and work under minimal supervision.
