→Perform all set up and/or operations of cell equipment.
→Perform TPM on equipment as required.
→Responsible for cell productivity and quality of all product produced in area.
→Responsible for in-cell cross-training.
→Uses precision measuring tools to check parts for correct fit and dimensions.
→Responsible for 6S and Lean improvements in cell.
→Support production by working when manpower is unavailable.
→Follow area priority board to meet daily production requirements.
→Communicate daily issues to Supervisor, update daily production boards.

2 years’ experience in a production/shop position with set up experience.
Mechanical and/or Hydraulic Press set up experience required.
Able to use basic math to add, subtract, multiply or divide and may work with fractions, decimals or percentages.
Able to communicate verbally and in writing as to work requirements, work in progress, or work completion.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
