• →High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of (1) year of experience in the medical field preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Knowledge of inpatient admitting and outpatient registration process preferred.
• Strong computer skills required, including accurate data entry skills required.
• Must have excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work independently and be self-directed as necessary. 
• Must be a team player and willing to work with all staff to get the overall job accomplished.
• Must have a willingness to accept change and new ideas as the medical business changes often.
• Ability to demonstrate a professional manner in work setting.
• Ability to hold all information in strict confidence.
• Medical Terminology knowledge preferred.
