Assistant Director - Residential Services - Springfield (internal employees only)

HCRS is seeking a full-time Assistant Director for Residential Services. This role is responsible for leading day-to-day operations of our Adult Residential programs in Windsor and Windham counties, including supporting quality and compliance and providing clinical and administrative supervision to residential leaders. The Assistant Director will have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff. We are seeking someone with strong supervisory and organizational skills. Our ideal candidate will has a master's degree and clinical licensure, and experience in residential leadership.

• A clinical Master's degree and license/license eligible required
• Demonstrated knowledge of residential services and regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Supervisory experience
• Knowledge of the VT mental health system of care
