→Source candidates through Workable, LinkedIn, Indeed and other channels, and reach out directly by phone, text and email
→Pre-screen candidates using our interview guide: state licence, board certification, DEA registration, and experience with older adults
→Verify licences on US state board websites
→Schedule interviews, conduct video screenings and keep candidates engaged through to onboarding
→Keep our applicant tracker and Workable stages up to date
→Report weekly on your pipeline by state, against where patient demand is highest

2+ years recruiting for US healthcare roles — nurses, nurse practitioners or allied health
Excellent spoken and written English, and confidence speaking with US clinicians
A working understanding of US healthcare. Candidates with Nursing licenses preferred.
Experience with an applicant tracking system (Workable a plus)
Availability to work US Time hours, [e.g. 9 AM – 5 PM ET]
A reliable internet connection and a private place to take calls
