Product Design Lead

As Product Design Lead, you will spearhead Renmoney’s design transformation, creating a cohesive design language that enhances customer trust and drives business growth. Leading a team of  product and brand designers, you will champion a scalable Renmoney Design System, deliver intuitive and accessible user experiences, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.

• Experience: 7+ years in design roles, with 3+ years in a leadership position (e.g., Head of Design, Design Lead, Design Manager, Creative Director). Fintech, financial services, or product-led startup experience is a plus.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking across UX/UI, design systems, and consumer-facing branding.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), user research tools, and collaborative platforms (e.g., Notion, Whimsical).
• Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, influence stakeholders, and drive strategic design impact.
• Fintech Awareness: Strong understanding of Nigeria’s financial services landscape, user behaviors, and accessibility needs.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Master’s degree or certifications are a plus.

• A fully adopted Renmoney Design System driving consistency across mobile, web, and offline channels.
• Improved Net Promoter Score (NPS) and brand consistency metrics.
