• →Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our loan products and services.
• →Engage with leads through friendly and informative conversations, answering queries and providing insights about our offerings.
• →Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, turning prospects into satisfied customers!
• →Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in our system.
• →Continuously learn about our products and services to effectively address customer needs and concerns.
• →Collaborate with marketing to identify new sales opportunities.

• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in telesales or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills with an enthusiastic and persuasive telephone manner.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to handle rejections and turn them into positive learning experiences.
