Adjunct Teaching - Management Dept. - HRM 300: Org. Behavior and HRM 391: Org. Effectiveness

Master's degree; PhD preferred. The required degree must be completed by the start date.

• Prior post-secondary teaching experience preferred.
• Demonstrate relevant and current subject-matter expertise and help students connect concepts across their academic program.
• Knowledge of subject-matter and course content pertinent to General Business.
• Skilled in teaching, interpersonal and written communication, curriculum development, and problem-solving.

• Teach HRM 300: Organizational Behavior and HRM 391: Organizational Effectiveness.
• Actively engage students through frequent interaction that motivates them to succeed and conveys a genuine energy and enthusiasm for their learning.
• Guide students in active collaboration and apply their learning through problem- and project-based learning demonstrations.
• Provide rich, regular constructive feedback, using effective methods to assess student work and acknowledge student accomplishments.
