Internship – Boutique Operations – Brussels – March 2027 – M/F/D

This 6-month internship, starting in March 2027, takes place in one of our Boutiques in Brussels. You will assist the Operations Manager in monitoring performance indicators and working on action plans in collaboration with all Boutique stakeholders.

• Monitor day-to-day performance: analysis of Retail indicators (traffic, average basket, achievement of monthly targets overall and by product line…).
• Analyse product and collection performance (sell-through, month coverage, slow and best-sellers, merchandising highlights…).
• Support the stock and sales teams in streamlining client reservations, transfers and pending sales.
• Take care of the employee experience and safeguard the boutique's image, working with various stakeholders.

• Moving daily from figures analysis to hands-on action in the Boutique.
• Working closely with all Boutique stakeholders, from sales to stock teams.
• Supporting and taking care of the teams as much as the Boutique's image.
• Joining a close-knit team, in contact with a local and international clientele.

• →Ease with figures to analyse Retail and product indicators.
• →Organisational rigour to coordinate the boutique opening and follow up reservations and claims.
• →A sense of service and ease of speech to support the teams and lead briefings.
• →Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
• →Fluent French and English.

• A comprehensive view of a Chanel boutique's operations, from performance analysis to boutique opening.
• Daily hands-on practice with Retail and product indicators: sell-through, month coverage, average basket.
• Experience in preparing and leading team briefings.
• An introduction to the Visual Merchandising, stock and Care & Repair professions.
