Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor

306 rooms | 12,000 sq. ft. meeting/event space

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality coursework or certification preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a hotel environment.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience with housekeeping software or PMS systems (HotSOS, OnQ, Opera, etc.) a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and chemical handling.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50–75 lbs.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• →Supervise and support housekeeping staff during daily operations.
• →Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and compliance with brand standards.
• →Assist with training new employees on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• →Ensure carts, closets, and supply rooms are clean, stocked, and organized.
• →Address guest requests and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• →Report maintenance concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
• →Monitor productivity and assist with scheduling and labor management.
• →Maintain accurate records of inspections, assignments, and supply usage.
• →Uphold all safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• →Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
