The Seasonal Store Clerk provides customer service and day-to-day support for the company store during the busy holiday season. This position assists customers with coffee orders, maintains organized and well-stocked shelves, processes and organizes returns, and performs basic office and administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, organized, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a retail and office environment.

Responsibilities

Customer Service and Store Support

Greet customers and assist with coffee orders and product selections.

Answer basic questions about available products and direct customers to the appropriate resources when needed.

Process customer purchases and orders as assigned.
→
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Inventory and Merchandising

Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
→
Monitor product levels and replenish when inventory is running low.
→
Organize merchandise and maintain neat, orderly displays.
→
Assist with receiving, sorting, and organizing returned items.

Office and Administrative Support

→
File paperwork and maintain organized records.
→
Sort, organize, and distribute documents as needed.

General Responsibilities

Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Maintain a professional, helpful, and courteous attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work the scheduled hours consistently.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous retail, customer service, or office experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to bend, reach, and restock shelves.
Ability to lift and carry merchandise and supplies as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation.

This is a seasonal, part-time position scheduled Monday through Friday. The position is intended to provide additional support during the seasonal business period.
