Our outpatient orthopedic teams are hiring across East, West, and South Nashville, with full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced clinicians to help patients recover from injury, restore function, and return to the activities they love. • Competitive Physical Therapist Assistant compensation: $27.00 - $34.00+ per hour (negotiable, based on experience) 
• Sign-on bonus options for full time hires (up to $5,000)

• →Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• →Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans
• →Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team

• →Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (or upcoming graduate) 
• Active / pending Tennessee PTA license (or eligibility) 

• Full Time (30-40 hours)
• Part Time (1-29 hours)
• PRN (1-19 hours, as needed) 

• East Nashville (Inglewood) 
• Franklin / Cool Springs / Nolensville
• South Nashville (Nolensville Rd / Lenox Village)
• West Nashville (Charlotte Pike)
