Project & Program ManagementProject Coordinator

For more than 50 years, Greenberry Industrial has delivered high-quality fabrication, construction, and industrial solutions built on safety, quality, innovation, and trust. As Greenberry continues to expand its support of the commercial nuclear, advanced reactor, and Department of Energy (DOE), we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Coordinator to support nuclear procurement, fabrication, quality assurance, and project execution activities.

This position plays a critical role in supporting nuclear projects governed by ASME NQA-1 quality requirements, customer specifications, and stringent regulatory standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, traceability, compliance, and attention to detail are essential, we invite you to build your legacy with Greenberry.

The Project Support Coordinator supports the planning, execution, documentation, procurement, fabrication, and successful delivery of nuclear-related projects. This role is responsible for maintaining controlled project documentation, coordinating procurement and fabrication activities, supporting quality assurance requirements, managing document turnover packages, tracking project deliverables, and ensuring compliance with customer, contractual, and NQA-1 quality requirements.

The Project Support Coordinator works closely with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Vendors, and Customers to support nuclear fabrication and procurement projects from project award through final delivery and closeout.

This position is heavily focused on document control, supplier and procurement coordination, material traceability, quality records management, schedule tracking, and supporting compliance with ASME NQA-1, customer quality programs, and applicable DOE and NRC requirements where applicable. These activities mirror responsibilities identified in Greenberry's nuclear procurement and QA-related positions.
