• →Assist customers with purchases, loans, and merchandise questions
• →Evaluate merchandise for buying, selling, and lending opportunities
• →Build customer relationships through exceptional service
• →Process transactions accurately
• →Maintain merchandise displays and inventory organization
• →Support daily store operations
• →Complete required training and follow company policies

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Sales experience is helpful but not required
