Through Bakkt Markets, Bakkt Agent and Bakkt Global, the Company operates regulated infrastructure for trading, stablecoin settlement and cross-border payments; intelligence and distribution capabilities for financial products; and strategic access to differentiated assets and global markets. Bakkt serves financial institutions, fintechs and consumer brands seeking to deliver trusted financial services at scale.

The HRIS, Benefits & Compliance Administrator is a hands-on, full-time role on Bakkt's People team that owns the integrity of our HR systems and data, the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, and People compliance. Bakkt's bi-weekly payroll is processed by an outsourced provider based in Dubai, so this person also acts as the U.S. point of contact for that provider and as the trained backup who can step in on payroll when needed.
