• 7+ years experience leading both clinical and administrative teams, ideally in a healthcare, dental or wellness setting.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience including 20+ direct and indirect reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you lead with empathy and confidence while ensuring that expectations are met.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and cool under pressure.
• A passion for patient satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.

• →People Leadership: Lead and support clinical and administrative staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and compassion.
• →Operations Oversight: Manage the daily flow of front and back-office operations to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• →Revenue Oversight: Monitor sales trends and conversion rates to ensure revenue goals are met. Coordinate marketing activities with third party vendor and coach sales team for results.
• →Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of supplies and services.
• →Patient Experience: Champion patient satisfaction, ensuring every individual feels seen, heard, and cared for throughout their journey with us.
