The position will manage the Family Medicine Residency Program and provide administrative support and oversight. The role includes designing curricular rotations, tracking program expenses, troubleshooting residency issues and evaluating and enhancing the program. In conjunction with the Program Director, the program manager will ensure compliance with ACGME policies.  The role manages the program coordinator, resident/fellows, collaborates with departments and faculty to develop course, academic and research programs.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
