Classroom Aide - Head Start - Woodburn

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Successful registration with the Central Background Registry of the Child Care Division
• Candidate must pass pre-employment physical examination, renewable every two years
• Candidate must pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings.
• Driving qualification status is not required for this position.

• Experience in early childhood education or Head Start programs is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability with computer software including Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel) and video conferencing platforms.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities

• →Mostly indoor classroom environment.
• →Frequent indoor and outdoor supervision of children, including high-needs children who exhibit difficult behaviors.
• →Frequent outdoor supervision of children and monitoring pick up/drop off.
