Responsibilities

→Manage construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
→Ensure compliance with Construction Management Practices and standard operating procedures.
→Partner with cross-functional teams to meet wafer production schedules and minimize factory downtime.
→Drive safety culture through proactive risk mitigation and adherence to safety standards.
→Collaborate with engineering, finance, suppliers, and contractors to deliver projects aligned with Intel's strategic priorities.
→Review designs and manage changes via established processes such as trend and change control.
→Develop and report critical construction metrics to monitor project quality and timeliness.
→Foster innovation by integrating industry best practices and new construction methods.
→Build strong relationships with external partners, ensuring alignment with project goals.
→Lead root-cause analysis and troubleshooting for project challenges.
→Lead cross-functional teams and integrate customer requirements into project execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, OR a related technical field OR 1+ years experience in UPW System
1+ years of project or program management experience in large-scale construction, engineering, or factory tool installation/qualification ramp projects.
Experience in contractor management and construction delivery strategies.
Expertise in managing budgets, schedules, and quality assurance programs.
Experience in construction means and methods across disciplines like mechanical, electrical, process systems, and architectural design.
