We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional to support catastrophe risk modeling, portfolio analytics, and treaty-related processes within the insurance and reinsurance sector. In this role, you will work with specialized risk modeling platforms, exposure data, and SQL-based processes to improve portfolio accuracy and strengthen risk management decisions. You will analyze portfolio exposure results, investigate data variations, and generate insights that support effective business outcomes. The position requires strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to deliver accurate results under tight deadlines. You will collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, particularly during monthly portfolio roll-up cycles. This is an opportunity to apply advanced analytical skills while contributing to process improvement and more informed risk assessment.

  • Update and model accounts using Moody’s RiskLink/RiskModeler catastrophe modeling platforms.

  • Apply relevant terms, conditions, treaty information, and other modeling parameters.

  • Import, validate, and analyze portfolio exposure summaries, interpreting results generated through RiskLink/RiskModeler.

  • Perform EDM reconciliations to investigate and explain variations in exposure results compared with previous portfolio submissions.

  • Create, modify, and execute SQL scripts to support daily operational processes and improve execution efficiency.

  • Analyze client data to generate actionable insights that support risk assessment and portfolio management.

  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across data processing and modeling activities while meeting time-sensitive deliverables.

  • Manage competing priorities and workload demands during monthly portfolio roll-up cycles.

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve analytical challenges, improve workflows, and maintain high standards of delivery.
