Polytechnic Internship - QA Operations, Singapore (March 2027 to August 2027)

• Perform annual reconciliation of various processes, i.e. quality tag out, approved supplier listing, etc
• Scan and archive of Batch Records 

• Perform QA Gemba 

• Maintain various tracker, e.g. QI tracker, checklist review tracker, QTO tracker 

• Quality improvement projects (Kaizens) 

• Develop training guide for QA GMP/ Batch Release Intern & Improvement to induction programme for QA Operations Executive 
  

• You will gain in-depth and cross-sectional insights into the GSK QA Operations function

• Understand and experience the unique and well known GSK Culture 
• Understand the critical factors for career development in the area of Quality Assurance and Manufacturing  
• Work with a diversified team of professionals 
• Apply and develop soft skills such as interpersonal, communications and negotiation skills. 
• Implement knowledge and skills that you have acquired at school 
  

• Proficient in use of MS Word / MS Excel 

• Strong written and oral communication skills 

• Deadline-driven, flexible with self-reliance to work in an empowered environment 

• Awareness and ability to work within culturally diverse teams 

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think and work independently, and problem-solve 

• Strong drive for performance and attention to details 

• A keen interest in vaccines manufacturing and a passion for knowledge
