Role Description:

At Oak Street Health, Medical Assistants (MAs) are essential Care Team members who report to the Practice Manager or Center Operations Specialist. Your primary role is to collect accurate patient data — through screenings, collecting vitals and diagnostic testing — to support informed clinical decision-making.

Success in this role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to building strong relationships with our patients. By collaborating closely with your team, you will drive clinical results while ensuring an unmatched patient experience.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
