The role is fundamentally about making partnership execution feel easy. You will guide partners through Live Nation’s processes, help them navigate the complexities of delivering across festivals and live events, anticipate what needs to happen next and ensure projects continue to move forward. You will be a knowledgeable, confident and a trusted resource for partners.

The Partner Success Facilitator will be encouraged to find opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve ways of working, identifying where processes/ templates/ technology and tools can be used across multiple partnerships to create a slicker and more efficient festival season.

Alongside delivery, you will develop a strong understanding of each partner's objectives and activity, enabling you to identify potential opportunities for growth, additional rights or expanded activity. These opportunities will be fed back into the Head of Account Management to develop and deploy appropriate growth and upsell strategies.

Success in this role will be measured through partner satisfaction, quality and efficiency of execution and delivery against agreed plans.

In Live Nation Marketing Partnerships we work with a large number of brands to deliver commercial partnerships in the live music space - yes music is at the heart of what we do, but brand strategy and searching for new, creative ways to connect brands with our passionate fans is really what makes us excited.

  • Proven success at managing partnerships
  • Superior organisation skills including managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Budget planning and confidence with reporting
  • Having a growth-mindset

The following attributes determine how the role will be carried out and are required to be a success, you will be asked for examples of this as part of the hiring process:

  • Proven ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
  • Proactive and solutions orientated
  • Detail orientated, prepared and focused

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key Live Nation teams to ensure the desired program delivery and results for clients
  • Develop understanding of client’s business and identify opportunities for business and/or brand growth
  • This role is part of a hard working machine, therefore collaboration and team work is vital
