Maintenance Person

Our client is seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Person to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance, basic repairs, and routine inspections to ensure the company's facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

This role is ideal for someone practical, proactive, and willing to work independently following an initial training and induction period.

• →Carry out general maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
• →Assist with basic electrical and plumbing works.
• →Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
• →Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• →Ensure facilities, equipment, and work areas are kept in good condition.
• →Identify and report any issues requiring specialist attention.
• →Follow health and safety procedures when carrying out maintenance work.
• →Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the facilities.

• Valid driving licence.
• Good spoken Maltese and English.
• Clean police conduct.
• Previous experience in maintenance, repairs, or a similar role is considered an advantage.
• Practical problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
• Reliable, organised, and committed to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
