Front Desk Receptionist | Saltz Plastic Surgery

Saltz Plastic Surgery & Saltz Spa Vitória is looking for a bubbly, polished, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!

We're looking for someone who brings positive energy to every interaction, enjoys building meaningful relationships, and knows how to deliver a five-star experience to our VIP clientele.

Whether your background is in luxury hospitality, retail, membership sales, or customer service, we're looking for someone with the personality, professionalism, and initiative to make every patient feel valued.

• →Previous experience in luxury hospitality, customer service, another client-facing environment. Experience with membership programs or loyalty-based sales is a plus.
• →A bubbly, outgoing, and polished personality with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to make patients feel special.
• →Strong organizational, multitasking, and computer skills, with exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• →A proactive, dependable team player who takes initiative, solves problems, and maintains a positive, professional attitude.
• →Flexible availability and reliable transportation year-round, including during winter weather, to work between our Salt Lake City and Park City locations.

This is a dedicated, non-clinical position focused on patient relationships, front desk operations, and exceptional service.
