We're looking for a promising new Product Manager Intern who is excited about gaining hands-on experience in a friendly and fast-paced environment. At 1Password, the Product Management organization plays a key role to ensure our products and features solve the most important customer problems. As a Product Manager Intern, you will work closely with development, design, and other functions to deliver solutions that have both customer and business value. The End User Experience team is responsible for the daily activities of users across B2C and B2B. We are also stewards of the Family Organizer role. This is a MASSIVE surface area to cover and a huge opportunity for someone looking for a challenging new role.

We'll help you gain valuable experience and realize your potential as a product manager, and hope that you'll leave us with a passion for learning, some new friends, and the self-confidence to take on whatever comes next.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.

  • Represent Product Management in various meetings such as agile ceremonies

  • Perform research on competition and trends as needed

  • Use and help mature the implementation of our Product Management processes and tooling, particularly with AI

  • Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.

  • Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).

  • Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are.

  • Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!

Responsibilities

Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
