Permanent Contract – Fashion Boutique Associate – December 2026 – Stockholm – M/F/D

As a full-time Fashion Boutique Associate within the CHANEL fashion boutique Stockholm, you will guide each client through the product universe, creating personalised experiences that inspire emotion and build lasting relationships. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with theteam across the boutique, united by a shared commitment to client satisfaction and collective performance. 

• Create unique, personalised allure that reflect each client’s desires, personality, and the CHANEL style. 

• Turn each boutique visit into a trusted, memorable relationship. 

• Develop the client database and foster loyalty beyond each boutique visit. 

• Contribute to the boutique’s individual and collective objectives through client satisfaction and sales performance. 

• Contribute to a seamless end-to-end boutique experience, including payment and stock-related activities. 

• Engaging with an international clientele and diverse cultural perspectives. 

• Expressing CHANEL Fashion through styling, storytelling and product knowledge. 

• Listening with empathy to understand each client’s needs and personal style. 

• Working in a close-knit boutique environment where collaboration shapes every day. 

• Showing curiosity, agility and initiative across a broad and varied scope of responsibilities.

• →Proficiency in Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, Korean or Thai would be an asset.
