Responsibilities

→Set up and run fast-moving paper machines (Perini, Bretting, United — or similar).
→Monitor quality, adjust settings, and troubleshoot issues before they become problems
→Load rolls, thread paper, change blades and parts as needed.
→Operate wrappers, folders, packers — keep the whole line moving.
→Perform light maintenance and keep your area clean.
→Help train new team members and share your knowledge.
→Work safely and follow all policies.

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Experience:

→Converting machine: 3 years (Required)

Work Location: In person

✔ 3+ years running large converting or rewinding equipment (paper industry preferred) .
✔ Sharp eye for quality - you catch problems early and fix them fast.
✔ Comfortable reading specs and holding product to target.
✔ You like hitting goals and keeping production moving.
✔ Reliable, on time and solid team member
