Renewals Associate-Temp

We are seeking a detail-oriented contract Renewal Associate to support the renewal process by identifying upcoming opportunities, preparing renewal quotes, and assisting Account Managers throughout the renewal cycle. This entry-level role works closely with internal sales teams, OEM Product Management, and vendor partners to ensure accurate, timely renewals and compliance with licensing and subscription requirements. This will be a 6 month contract, but has the potential to extend longer and possibly go perm. 

Starting pay: $27-$29/hr with consultant benefits offered (no PTO)

  Review reporting to identify upcoming renewal opportunities and initiate outreach.

  Prepare accurate renewal quotes in accordance with OEM program requirements.

  Support Account Managers with renewal transactions and customer inquiries.

  Maintain accurate renewal tracking and documentation in internal systems.

  Stay informed on OEM licensing, subscription, and renewal program updates.

  Participate in vendor meetings, training, and internal development programs.

  Follow established processes and applicable compliance requirements.

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Entry-level position; less than one year of experience required.

• Basic knowledge of OEM licensing, subscriptions, or warranty renewals.

• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and basic analytical abilities, data entry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel skills required) and ability to learn internal systems.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred: Familiarity with PC Connection programs and processes.

Work Location: 100% remote. Must be able to work 8AM-5PM EST
