About the Role
~2 min readEver wonder how a pair of sunglasses gets made… or how a wild idea like pink furry frames becomes actual reality? Maybe you’re curious how in the world a company lets a flamingo named Carl run the place. Well, look no further! goodr is calling all flaminglets — yes, that’s a baby flamingo — for our 2027 Spring Internship Program!
At goodr, we show up unabashedly ourselves, own our sh**t, and get things done. And we want our interns to do the same. Join us for a 9-week adventure from January 19th, 2027 – March 19th, 2027. Did someone say bragging rights? OH YES WE DID. This full-time (or part-time if schedule requires), paid internship gives you real-world experience, flamingo-level fun, and skills you can take into any future career.
The Design team is searching for a rockstar graphic designer who knows how to make magic with content creation! Shooting and editing killer photos and videos is a must, and if you’ve got UGC creation experience for brands, you’re already speaking our language. We need someone with serious Adobe Suite and Figma wizardry. You should love pitching big ideas, building pitch-perfect decks, and sharpening your public speaking chops. Most importantly, you’ll be the ultimate bridge between Design and Social Media, so being a collaborative team player who takes critical feedback in stride (and with a smile!) is non-negotiable.
