Associate Solution Engineer | Manufacturing

The Solution Engineer, Assoc will assist the sales force (direct and channel) by providing in-depth knowledge of the technical requirements and business use of our products in order to close ERP sales opportunities.

• →Assist with preparing for and conducting software demonstrations along with Sales team.
• →Document processes and provide workflow analysis in manufacturing, distribution, or accounting.
• →Act as a technical resource and liaison between the sales force and customer.
• →Act as a liaison with the Product Managers to discuss potential product development.
• →Assist in conducting customer or prospect webinars.
• →50% travel, domestic

• →Minimum of 1 year of experience of presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience
• →Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales
• →Experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or finance industry
• →Documented experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations
• →Successful candidates may have worked for companies such as: SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, Netsuite or other ERP companies or Value Added Resellers (VARs).

• 1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
