Assistant Manager – AI & Digital Solutions (Ref: 2600010M)

MTR Corporation is expanding its AI Centre of Excellence (AI CoE) to accelerate and scale the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI), including Generative AI, across the Corporation. The AI CoE brings together AI governance, engineering and platform capabilities, solution development and delivery expertise to enable business teams to turn AI opportunities into measurable business value. We are looking for passionate professionals to join our growing team and help shape how MTR adopts AI responsibly, securely and at scale.

• →Support the operation and development of the AI CoE, and coordinate cross-functional forums, governance activities and knowledge assets
• →Partner with business and IT stakeholders to analyse requirements, streamline processes and shape AI and digital solutions into actionable delivery plans
• →Maintain and manage the AI use case portfolio, including intake, assessment, prioritisation, governance tracking, risks, dependencies and benefits realisation
• →Develop portfolio dashboards, management reports and insights to support decision-making, adoption monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives 
• →Promote AI delivery standards, governance practices and capability building through workshops, stakeholder engagement and guidance
   

• Degree in Business Administration / Information Technology / Computer Science or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in business analysis, digital transformation, portfolio management, Project Management Office (PMO), governance, consulting or Centre of Excellence functions
• Good understanding of AI, Generative AI, delivery governance, portfolio reporting, benefits management and organisational change
• Fully conversant with the  with Microsoft 365 and reporting or project tools such as Power BI, Azure DevOps or Jira
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills with excellent command of both English and Chinese
